I’ve been on this diet thing for the past week or so (With a couple slip-ups on Thursday when I had a bit of rice). Example menu: What I ate today:
Scrambled eggs with tomatoes, red peppers, and a bit of goat cheese.
Can of V8 juice (Really not that bad.)
A Cobb salad without the bacon and with a shallot vinaigrette.
